List Computer Agent helpers

Lists reusable helpers available to the selected Computer Agent, including whether each helper requires Browser access, its exact arguments, its owning skill, and which managed secrets must be configured. Create a helper as part of a Computer Agent skill, then use this operation to verify its callable contract before adding it to conversational Agent instructions.
